The Human Mind as a Random Number Generator

For decades, we were told to create passwords with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols like `P@ssw0rd123!`. We thought complexity meant safety.

But humans are highly predictable. We capitalize the first letter, put a number at the end, and use exclamation marks. Computers trying to guess passwords ('brute force' attacks) know these patterns.
